Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Yojo account ("we," "our," or "us") and the personal data associated with it. Your account is identified by the phone number you registered with. To delete your account, send us an email request as described below.

1. How to request account deletion

To delete your account and associated data, email us at support@yojoapp.com with the subject "Delete my account". Please send the request from, or include, the phone number you registered with so we can confirm you are the account owner.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing any deletion. We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before you request deletion.

2. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:

• Account and profile information (name, phone number, email, password)
• Business information (company name, role, location)
• Construction sites and project data
• Worker and team member records
• Attendance records and time-tracking data
• Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and task data
• Photos and documents you uploaded
• Cashbook, payment, and billing records
• Support communications and feedback

3. What we may retain

In limited cases we may retain certain information after deletion:

• Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, financial, or fraud-prevention purposes — kept only for as long as the law requires, then securely deleted or anonymized
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer be used to identify you

4. Deletion timeline

Once we have verified your request, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except for the limited records described above. Deletion is irreversible — once your data has been removed, it cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion.
